The weekend is finally here, and that means I’m emotionally and physically preparing for Dig IN ~ A Taste of Indiana. You may remember my post a few weeks back that recapped my prior experiences with this wonderful event. This year, I’ll be participating as a Gastronaut – a tweeter with an appetite.

This is the 3rd year for DIG Indiana, a food and agriculture festival that highlights the “farm to fork” concept. What that really means is that you have access to dozens of food vendors and can eat up samples from critically-acclaimed chefs and brewers around the state.
