Yeah, I know what you’re thinking. There’s no way in hell I can do that. Well, think again everyone, because you totally can, and you’ll totally impress your friends at your next cookout if you tell yourself to try.
This recipe was inspired by John who desperately wanted to stuff meat with something. Alright, we can do that, I said to myself as we prepared an ingredients list and went to the store.
While he gets credit for tying it up with the kitchen twine, we both worked to figure out the process together and I was extremely pleased with the results. It honestly didn’t take that long to tie it up, and the results are amazing. Tender pork with spinach, creamy cheese (a mix of blue cheese crumbles, cream cheese and garlic) that melts into the meat and, of course, bacon. Because meat inside of meat is what the cool kids are doing.
