Family Night with Indiana’s Family of Farmers at Victory Field Ticket Giveaway #FarmsMatter

John and I have been to three Indianapolis Indians home games this season. I bought one of their branded cups because it had the season schedule on it.

We went to our first game because John received tickets through his work. Sitting in the stadium seats, we watched the sun set over Victory Field and the downtown Indianapolis skyline. Popcorn, hot dogs and peanuts filled the air with a scent of summer. All of my senses converged into one feeling – that I love the city of Indianapolis and all the things in it.

Even if you are not a fan of baseball, or have never watched a game, you need to experience an Indianapolis Indians game at Victory Field. There’s so much more going on than just baseball. The Indianapolis Indians make a point to give away free tickets, hats, Chick Fil-A and other awesome prizes all throughout the game. You may have to dance, or smile, or maybe just sit there (one lucky row is picked each game to win a prize pack).

Having fun at the Indians Game

Attend any Monday game for $1 snacks for all hot dogs, popcorn and Cracker Jack’s. What a great way to feed a family for cheap (or a hungry boyfriend, or have a hot dog eating contest, you pick). There’s plenty of picnic tables for seating, in case you want to take a break from the stadium seats, or hang out on the lawn for a great view of the baseball diamond and the stadium.

If you’re an Indianapolis Indians fan or are looking for a chance to have a great night out with your family, you’re in luck. Below you’ll find information on how YOU can win a 4-pack of tickets to Family Night with Indiana’s Family of Farmers at Victory Field on Tuesday, June 11 (game starts at 7:05 PM). Enter today – giveaway ends Wednesday, June 5 at noon!

I couldn’t agree more when you wrote, “Popcorn, hot dogs and peanuts filled the air with a scent of summer. All
of my senses converged into one feeling – that I love the city of
Indianapolis and all the things in it.” I would LOVE to win these tickets so I can take my little brother. His baseball team even got T-shirts made that said X feet until Victory Field! They are all inspired to play professional baseball one day (as most boys are) – I love it!

    • solidgoldeats

    • solidgoldeats

So fun! The lawn is a great place to hang out during the game.

  • Desirae Fear

My Grandpa Doug played the organ for the Indians. He was the only organ player ejected from a game for making fun of an overweight umpire as he walked and bent over to clean the home plate. Would love to take my husband and relive those memories.

    • solidgoldeats

What a funny story! I love that!

  • Sarah Phillips Fitzgerald

We love going to Indians games! A great family activity

  • Krista

I would love, love, love to go to this & take my son (6 yrs old) and two nephews (ages 8, & 12). I am helping my sister out & watching my nephews throughout the summer so this would be a perfect getaway for us! My son’s dad passed away last month & going to all the different sports games was their thing so now it’ll be our thing & this would make for the perfect start to that! Plus, my nephews have ever been to an Indians game so this would help me keep my reign as favorite aunt ;) Good luck to everyone!

  • Melanie

The view of Indy from Victory Field can’t be beat!

  • Beth Hoban

Indians games are a perfect summer family event!!
